Fractional superyacht ownership company YachtPlus is to launch its first yacht, the Norman Foster-designed Ocean Emerald, in La Spezia, Italy on April 25, 2009.
Ocean Emerald will be the first of four identical yachts to be launched by the company over the next two years, all of which are currently under construction at the Rodriquez Cantieri Navali yard in Sarzana, Italy.
The four-deck yacht (pictured) has an overall length of 41m (135ft), with five suites for up to 12 guests at any one time. All furnishings and fittings have been provided by Italian manufacturer Cassina and kitchen and galley equipment by Schiffini.
