Custom Line launches new 124ft planing hull
Custom Line has launched the first of its new 124ft (37.8m) planing hull designs, with another two currently in production at the Ancona yard.
This Ferretti Custom Line was designed by Gianni Zuccon from Studio Zuccon International Project, who dealt with both the internal and external layouts, working in association with the AYT, Advanced Yacht Technology, Ferretti Group's naval research and design centre.
A top speed of 27kt is predicted, powered by 3,510hp MTU diesels. Roll stability is provided by a Mitsubishi Anti Rolling Gyro system, which Custom Line claims reduces roll by more than 50 per cent.
