Chris Evans plans to charter Eddie Jordan’s superyacht

TV and radio mogul Chris Evans is reportedly planning to charter Eddie Jordan’s superyacht during Cannes and the Monaco Grand Prix next year.

The BBC Radio 2 DJ is set to spend £95,000 to charter 37-metre Sunseeker The Snapper for a week after his three-year-old son said he’d love to have it.

The tabloids reported that Evans was looking for boats with son Noah when they spotted a superyacht in Poole.

“It was the look of excitement on Noah’s face which was the deciding factor,” a source told British tabloid The Mirror. “Chris loves sailing. He and Noah shared some quality father-son bonding time hunting for boats.”
