With its grand harbour setting, Monaco Boat Show is the most exclusive of shows. As ever, this year's debutants are a rich mix and we've selected ten yachts you shouldn't miss. Click on the boats below to read more about each and view our superyacht picture gallery.
Exuma
A radically different 50-metre aluminium
explorer yacht. It’s the first of the new Picchiotti yachts
from the Vitruvius series and the first motor yacht
from the Perini Navi yard.
Solemates
A winning combination of yard and
designers Espen Øino and Glade Johnson. The result is
a beautifully elegant yacht, inside and outside.
Mary-Jean II
A displacement yacht, project managed
by Yachting Partners International, with an astro-blue
steel hull and oyster-white aluminium superstructure.
Azteca
The biggest yacht yet built by the
Ferretti Group. Conceived as Clarena 2, she was
commissioned by one owner and then immediately
sold to another, who fell in love with her at first sight
and made an irresistible offer.
Lammouche
The first in a new range of steel yachts
from the Italian shipyard more usually associated with
building in aluminium.
Marie
A near-identical sistership to the
award-winning ketch Adele. Built on the same hull, and
with the same keel, rudder and sailplan as her sister
but with a different deck and interior layout.
Sycara V
An exceptionally striking 68-metre yacht,
built by Nobiskrug with an interior designed by
Australian Craig Beale. A fifth yacht of the same name
for hugely experienced American owners Ray and Elsie
Catena, whose previous yacht was the retro-styled
Burger Sycara IV.
Lady Christine
A brand-new Feadship built for a very
experienced British owner. It has been specced precisely to
the owner’s requirements, with acres of space and an
impressive cinema.
Bibich II
The latest and largest in a range of
production superyachts from this Turkish yard. The
Peri 41 tri-deck is a high-performance yacht with
naval architecture from Bill Dixon and exterior and
interior design from Turkish group Scaro.
Bel Abri
The latest 171 Limited Editions production
superyacht – the seventh in the range. The economies
of scale the build method produces are impressive.
