Ocean Independence has announced the sale of the 70.1-metre Benetti Reverie and the 42.8-metre Abeking & Rasmussen sailing superyacht Hetairos. Reverie, which was built in 2000, was asking $49.5 million, while Hetairos was asking €7.9 million.



Reverie boasts huge volumes and has been well maintained throughout her life. She is also helicopter capable. Ocean Independence offered special thanks to Craig Tafoya of Penumbra Marine for his help with the sale of Hetairos, which was jointly listed by Merle Wood and Burgess. Ocean Independence’s broker was Michael White.



Hetairos, built by Abeking & Rasmussen in 1993, has been carefully maintained by her former owner, and benefits from a thorough refit at Southampton Yacht Services in 2011. Ocean Independence’s broker was Marc Haendle.
