Crystal glassware creator Baccarat will be an impressive exhibitor at the forthcoming Monaco Yacht Show in September. The company, which has been producing fine glassware for almost three centuries, is to decorate a VIP lounge exclusively reserved for prestige visitors to the show. The 650 square metre space will showcase a range of bespoke pieces and exclusive ranges.
On show will be the new Tuile de Cristal collection designed by Arik Levy. This crystal tile model can be used as a chandelier or in architectural situations. Baccarat will also unveil a new white version of the Jallum lighting range by artist and lighting designer Yann Kersalé.
MYS is also a good opportunity for the company to show the possibilities of its bespoke offerings to superyacht owners and designers, many of whom it already works with. “Each stage in the creative process enables customers to live their own personal Baccarat experience, from personalising existing pieces using engraving and gilding to add a coat of arms or the name of a boat on a set of glasses, to producing stunningly unique bespoke pieces,” says Baccarat.
