The Bilgin 155 Giaola-Lu has been launched and will be delivered to her Mexican owner in late May when her sea trials are complete.

The 46.8-metre displacement yacht has a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with clean lines penned by H2 Yacht Design and a system design by Unique and Bilgin. Her interior underwent some changes at the request of the owner, before she hit the water at Bilgin’s Küçükçekmece yard in Turkey.

Powered by two CAT C32 1450bhp diesel engines, she is expected to reach a top speed of 16 knots. She is expected to cruise extensively, in areas including Europe and the Mediterranean, and the Caribbean.
