Aegean Yacht has revealed that two hulls are now under construction for new 28-metre motoryachts, due for completion at the end of this year.
The motoryachts boast steel hulls and superstructures with teak-laid decks and will be powered by two 700HP Yanmar engines, delivering a maximum speed of 16 knots.
The reduced fuel consumption of the engines, combined with a fuel tank with a 14,000 litre capacity, will give the vessels a maximum range of 1,200 nautical miles.
Both yachts can accommodate up to ten guests in five en-suite cabins. There will also be additional space for six crew in the captain’s cabin and crew cabin on both of the vessels.
One hull is being built for a repeat client, and the other hull is for sale.
