Antibes Yacht Show has announced that MYBA is partnering up for this years event from April 7 – 10, 2011 at the Port Vauban.



Acknowledging “the ideal timing of the show, its location and its continuous growth”, MYBA The Worldwide Yachting Association has decided to support this event and have their numerous members’ yachts showcased at the show.



While dedicated to brokerage and charter yachts, Antibes Yacht Show has created a special refit department this year. This particular area was created from an overwhelming demand, as charter yachts undergo a regular refit and brokerage yachts always require having the new owner’s touch on board.



Another innovation for 2011 is the Crew Lounge. The organizers have reserved three of the Bastion St Jaumes’ arches for the Crew lounge, which will be sponsored by Blue Water Yachting. Different activities like flower arrangement, CV writing, wine tasting, medical testing etc will be conducted in the lounge. The final schedule will be posted on AYS website a week prior to the show.



The Captain’s lounge will be sponsored again this year by Porto Montenegro. On the terrace of the Bastion Saint Jaume will be a space of approx. 100 m² for captains only (50m² covered area). In the captain’s lounge the captains can relax and get free drinks all day (Champagne, Wine, Coffee, Tea, Soft Drinks etc), free breakfast and lunch.
