The first 32.5-metre example of Numarine’s XP series is now in build.
The steel-hulled, composite-superstructure series of explorer yachts has been styled by Can Yalman, and Numarine has been working with the Silent Line Group to ensure that noise and vibration levels are minimised – Numarine says it wants to achieve RINA noise and vibration comfort level standards for a 50-metre yacht. “The Numarine 32XP is an exceptional blend of size and capability, fully equipped and ready to take you on an exceptional journey anywhere you so desire,” the yard says.
The yacht’s design top speed is 14 knots, with a 3,000-mile range predicted at a cruising speed of12 knots. She will have accommodation for 12 guests. including a full-width owner’s cabin along with plenty of outside spaces for guests. The foredeck area, with seating in front of the raking windows of the wheelhouse, looks a particularly attractive spot. She’ll have room for five crew in three cabins.
The Numarine 32 XP has a design cruising range of 3,000 nautical miles at 12 knots. A 40-metre example is also in planning.
