The date of the fourth edition of the Perini Navi Cup has been set for September 1st-4th 2011.



The yachting extravaganza dedicated exclusively to yachts built by the Perini Navi group, will be held in the Mediterranean waters around Porto Cerro, Sardinia.



Unlike previous editions of the regatta, in 2004, 2006 and 2009, this year’s event will provide an extra day of racing for yacht owners and their crew to get together and meet others who share their passion.



The biannual superyacht regatta, organised by the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, has attracted international sponsors such as Rolex, Champagne Pommery, Icet and Audi.



The 2009 winner was the breathtaking triple-masted 88m Maltese Falcon, which scooped first place after reaching top speeds of 21 knots.
