The 60-metre Elysian is chartering this winter in the Caribbean
New to the Denison charter fleet is Elysian, a 60-metre Abeking & Rasmussen that launched as Elandess in 2009. “There’s no other boat like this on the market,” says Susan Harris, charter specialist at Denison Yacht Sales. “She’s contemporary, and has a unique stateroom layout with the ability to convert the four staterooms on the lower deck into palatial full-beam VIP suites that accommodate a wide variety of charter group configurations. The sky lounge is magnificent, with plenty of room for family gatherings and also entertainment, and the Jacuzzi on the foredeck is huge.”
The exterior styling is by Donald Starkey, while the striking contemporary interior is by Bannenberg & Rowell. Elysian sleeps 12 guests looked after by 16 crew and is available in the Caribbean this winter and the Mediterranean this summer. The packed garage boasts four guest tenders and a range of toys that includes 16ft Hobie Cat. She has a top speed of 16 knots and cruises at 13, and charters from $425,000pw (winter) to €425,000pw (summer).
She is capable of a top speed of 16 knots, comfortably cruises at 13 knots and has a maximum range of 4,600 nautical miles at 14 knots.
