Feadship delivers Lady Christine

Dutch superyacht yard Royal Van Lent has delivered the 68m (223ft) Feadship Lady Christine to her owners, who have agreed to showcase the yacht at the Monaco Yacht Show.

The exterior design was created by De Voogt Naval Architects while the interior marks the superyacht debut of British designer Rodney Black in the superyacht arena.

The yacht’s design has been influenced by the need to create an entire owner’s deck, including a private observation lounge above the wheelhouse. This decision increased the yacht’s volume. Lady Christine also has a cinema for eight on the lower deck and a bar and dining room on the main deck. Large platforms slide out from the sides of the yacht to create a double balcony and increase the beam of the yacht to 15m (49ft).

Lady Christine is a twin-screw motoryacht, with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. She is powered by twin MTU 12V 4000 M60 diesel engines each delivering 1,770hp.

Based in the Netherlands, Feadship is a cooperation between Koninklijke De Vries Scheepsbouw, Royal Van Lent Shipyard and De Voogt Naval Architects with combined roots dating back to 1849.
