Fine watchmaker Hublot has a long association with sporting icons – you can check out the firm’s new Ferrari watch here – and it has now taken that link a step further by making its mark on one of the greatest sporting events of all: the Monaco Grand Prix. Thousands of superyacht owners, charter guests, and race fans and F1 personnel will be passing through the Monaco heliport this weekend, where they’ll see the helipads marked with Hublot’s distinctive ‘H’. As well as passing along a red carpet, guests will also receive a “signature gift” courtesy of Hublot and Monacair, who operate the facility.

The new Monaco helipads were unveiled this week in the presence of HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco and Jean-Claude Biver, Chairman of Hublot (below, second left).
