Mondomarine's latest concept is the M42 Atlas explorer yacht, developed in co-operation with Northrop & Johnson
Designed by Gregory C. Marshall, the Mondomarine M42 Atlas has been conceived as a multi-function yacht capable of taking owners and guests wherever they want to go. Unveiled at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show last week, the steel-and-aluminium yacht has been created for the growing constituency of clients who have a sense of adventure. The itinerary of toys includes an 8.4-metre tender, a full dive set-up, three Jetskis, and a submarine. The yacht sleeps ten, with two of the lower-deck suite being convertible to a single suite. The toys have been designed to be easily deployed, with a big integrated crane to port on the aft deck.
There are plenty of guest spaces outside, including an observation area above the sundeck, and a foredeck socialising space. There are pools on the aft deck and on the sundeck, with the aft deck providing the space for storing the main tender and submarine.
