Moonen’s latest launch, Livia, has been styled by René van der Velden, who created a low-profile exterior with a flared bow and a sloping stern. The round-bilged hull from was designed by Diana Yacht Design with an emphasis on providing comfort while at sea.
Livia’s aluminium superstructure uses the flying bridge space to expand the external living area of the yacht. To provide accommodation for the owners and six guests it has a master stateroom, a VIP stateroom plus two guest suites, all with their own bathrooms.
The yacht can hold 28,000lt (7,396gal US) of fuel to give Livia a transatlantic range.
