Turquoise has unveiled a 66-metre concept in collaboration with Nuvolari Lenard.

Nuvolari Lenard and Turquoise have teamed up to create a steel-and-aluminium 66-metre yacht that packs in a full-beam owner’s suite, two VIP cabins and four double suites. “A client for a 60-metre-plus yacht is looking for the same uncompromising amenities as a client looking to purchase an 80-metre-plus yacht,” says Mehmet Karabeyoglu, Turquoise CEO.

The yard says that the layout of the Turquoise 66-metre integrates the exterior styling with the interior, optimising spaces and “minimising any conflict between functionality and the prime real estate”. “The designers’ intention is to have equilibrium of volumes with a few select design elements such as the bow, fashion plates, and double-height side volumes carried back to the stern. The result is a design both powerful and elegant,” says Turquoise.

“Optimisation is the key word. We have incorporated elegance, beauty, design experience, fun, adventure, wellness, safety and security,” says Dan Lenard of Nuvolari Lenard.

The Turquoise 66-metre concept has a projected top speed of 16 knots. On-board features include an aft beach club with gymnasium, hammam, and a beauty/massage room with sea terrace. The lounge area aft on the main deck boasts a 6.2-metre swimming pool. The foredeck can be used for touch-and-go heli operation.
