The first fruits of Denison Yacht Sales’ new Super Yacht Division is the exclusive offering of Mondo Marine’s 50-metre M50 concept, designed by Hot-Lab: Yacht & Design, and the 56-metre M56 designed by Sergio Cutolo of HydroTec. The projects are ready to roll with asking prices of €24 million and €29.5 million respectively.

The M56 (above) features an innovative stern configuration that converts from a flush deck to a beach club with stairs leading to the water, as well as a number of balconies for guests off the accommodation areas. A popular spot with guests is sure to be the crow’s nest platform above the sundeck, offering the best view in the house. The 750 GRT steel and aluminium yacht can be converted to Ice Class if required by the owner, and it is envisaged that she’ll have a 5,500nm range at 14 knots. The owner, of course, can completely customise the interior. The M50 (below) has a full-beam fold-down transom door that folds back to reveal a huge beach club area. She has a top speed of 19 knots.

Denison Yacht Sales formed the Denison Super Yacht Division under managing director Alex G. Clarke to focus on the sales and charter of yachts over 30 metres. “Our goal is to develop the new division to be as successful as Denison Yacht Sales, who sold over 10,000 linear feet of boats last year in the 30-80ft size range. We are now looking to apply this knowledge and success on an international basis,” he says.

Denison Super Yacht Division is actively looking to hire brokers in the US and internationally who specifically have experience in the larger segment of the market, in particular 45 metres (150ft) and larger.
