Heesen has launched the 51-metre superyacht My Sky, which will be delivered to her owners in November after sea trials. With a distinctively sporty exterior designed by Frank Laupman of Omega Architects, the four-decks on My Sky have a minimalist, monochromatic aesthetic. The yacht’s sleek facade is underscored by a continuous line of tinted glass, produced by thermo-bonding the windows to the superstructure.

This contrast between light and dark is continued in Erick van Egeraat’s contemporary interior, which accommodates 12 guests in five cabins. Pristine white leather furnishings, macassar wood, white onyx and black marble intermingle throughout the five living areas. The main salon (pictured below) features a bar, a lounge with a large LED screen, a formal dining table inside and alfresco dining on the deck. This lounge, and the bridge deck lounge, feature sociable built-in circular seating with stunning views from the expansive windows. The forward terrace converts to a touch-and-go helipad. My Sky has a cruising range of 5, 400nm at ten knots.
