Heesen has announced the sale of the 47-metre displacement superyacht Project Hé. The yacht, which is due to be handed over in February 2015, boasts an interior by Bannenberg & Rowell Design, who took the keynote theme from the Chinese character ‘hé’, which means peace and harmony. They’ve interpreted this with restful colours combined with natural finishes, while an important role is played by indirect lighting – concealed LED light strips and filtered light through venetian blinds. Frank Laupman from Omega Architects recently restyled the exterior lines of the 47-metre platform.
Powered by two MTU 8V 4000 M63, the yacht has a cruising range of 4,000 nautical miles at 12 knots. “This is the fourth contract we have signed in the first six months of 2014. We are delighted to see that the market is finally picking up!” says Mark Cavendish, Heesen Yachts’ sales and marketing director.
