The newly launched 65.2-metre superyacht Lamima – a two-masted Indonesian vessel known as a phinisi – is available for charter in Indonesia’s Komodo Islands and Raja Ampat archipelago through Camper & Nicholsons. Lamima boasts a PADI-certified diving centre (there are two permanent instructors on board), while other distractions include massage therapy from two Balinese masseuses and a yoga instructor. A local tour guide is also on board to help guests explore the more remote areas. She accommodates 14 guests and 19 crew, and will be available in South East Asia this winter and the following summer for €190,000pw.
The striking vessel, designed by Marcelo Penna, was created in wood using traditional techniques by the boatbuilders of Ara on Sulawesi. The three-year build was completed this year when the yacht was fitted out with an interior by Stanley Tang from The Archi Studio at Italthai Marine Shipyard in Thailand.
