Abeking & Rasmussen's 72.5-metre explorer yacht Cloudbreak has been moved at the yard in readiness for her imminent launch.

Cloudbreak – named after the famous Fijian reef and surf spot that has been judged to produce some of the best waves in the world – is an Espen Øino design outside, with a contemporary interior created by Christian Liaigre, and furnishings  selected by the PH.D design house. Once in the water the yacht will sea trial, and is scheduled for delivery in May.
“With a gross tonnage of more than 2,200 tonnes, it is clear that the internal volume specification for this project will make the vessel one of the most substantial global explorer yachts of its kind,” Abeking & Rasmussen says.

The team at SuperYachts Monaco secured the initial purchase of the vessel on behalf of the owner, and have project managed the construction process for the owner’s side. The yacht will be available for charter.
