The distinctive 57-metre Feadship Halo had been deleivered to her owner and is now heading for a winter in the Caribbean.
Halo features striking exterior styling by Eidsgaard Design, with the metallic arches supporting the sundeck overhang a particularly eye-catching feature. Over the past two months, she has been undergoing sea trials following her August launch after what the yard describes as a record-breaking outfitting time of 33 months. The yard says that the short project completion time is a testimony to the excellent co-operation with Edmiston & Company, Edmiston Yacht Management, Eidsgaard Design, and the interior design team from Bernardi Peschard.
Highlights on board include a huge sundeck with a retracting carbon-fibre sun awning, and an integrated Apple TV platform, which mirrors that found in the owner’s house. Guest accommodation comprises an owner’s stateroom, a VIP suite on the bridge deck, and four staterooms on the main deck. There is also a gym on main deck. She has a cruising speed of 16 knots and a range of 5,000 nautical miles.
