Mondo Marine’s Alexander Again, launched last year, has had a very busy time of it since handover, with a packed year of cruising around the Western Mediterranean. In fact, the owner is enjoying himself so much that he has decided not to offer the yacht for charter.
The all-aluminium 49-metre hull is the work of Giorgio Vafiadis, and she has a poised profile on the water. Inside, the Luca Dina interior is a dramatic contrast of black lacquer and rosewood with lighter notes of gold leaf and silver. The central rosewood unit in the salon divides the seating area from the formal dining table. Forward is the owner’s suite, accessed through a library, and in Egyptian alabaster and white onyx. It has an unusual feature: a mosaic panel by Bisazza reproducing Gustave Klimt’s ‘Danae’. On the lower deck are three doubles and a twin.
The yacht is managed by Unique Yachting Monaco.
