Oceanco’s latest superyacht, the 91.5-metre Equanimity, has been delivered to her owners – and they are setting their sights on a global cruise. Originally Project Y709, the steel and aluminium Equanimity features exerior styling by Oceanco and Andrew Winch Designs, with an Andrew Winch interior on an oriental-inspired theme in wenge, gold leaf, bamboo and marble, reflecting the owner’s Chinese origin.
The yacht has room for 26 guests in a master suite, three VIPs, three doubles and two twin staterooms, with a crew of 28. Other features include a spa/beach club complete with sauna, hammam, experiential showers, plunge pool, beauty salon, and a gym and Pilates studio that can be extended through a fold-down platform at sea level. Additionally, there is a spectacular 20 square metre swimming pool with jets, while the upper deck boasts a fully certified helipad. Equanimity hosts two Zodiac rescue RIBs and two 10.5-metre custom Hodgdon tenders. Twin 3,600kW MTUs deliver a top speed over 20 knots.
