A great choice for an owner who wants a brand-new superyacht sooner rather than later is the aluminium-hulled semi-displacement Trinity T056, which is in build at Trinity’s Gulfport facility and about 18 months from completion. The hull is completed, while Luiz de Basto and Pro-Design have sketched an interior that looks warm and relaxing (see the renderings below), though it has yet to be ordered so it can be fully specced by the new owner. The yacht can be finished with either five or six guest staterooms, with the standard arrangement showing a spacious owner’s suite on the main deck, and three guests doubles and one twin on the deck below.

The exterior by Luiz de Basto gives T056 a very sporting profile, whether you go for the darker hull colour as in the renderings or something lighter. Twin MTUs should deliver a top speed of 23.5 knots. The yard is asking $31.9 million. For more details, contact John Dane III, president, Trinity Yachts. Email: jdane3@trinityyachts.com.
