The 50-metre Trinity Lady Linda, delivered this month, has clearly been built for some satisfied customers as the tri-deck semi-displacement aluminum superyacht is the third Trinity for this Florida couple. Not only that, but the yacht had to be designed with a very particular berth in mind: behind the couple’s Florida residence.
The 10.2-metre beam has meant a 2.4-metre draught, which meets the owners’ requirement of handling the shallow waters of the Bahamas. They also wanted to ensure that each of the guests has equally sized suites. There are four in all on the lower deck, each of which is exquisitely detailed with granite, marble and soft, earthy colours in a contemporary interior by Evan K. Marshall, who was also responsible for the exterior styling. Forward on the main deck is the owner’s suite, with a hot-tub and spacious owner’s office. The owners specified a half-beam gym aft of the pilothouse, which easily converts into the fifth guest cabin.
But Lady Linda is also a yacht that is about enjoying the outside. Her sundeck boasts floor-to-ceiling glass doors to deflect wind, as well as a large bar and a hot-tub. Guests will no doubt gravitate to the bridge deck, with the air-conditioned area aft a perfect space for dining.
You can see Lady Linda at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show in September, where she is being shown by Trinity.
Lady Linda is available on charter through Burgess for €350,000pw (high season)/€322,000 (low season) in the Mediterranean in the summer and the Bahamas in the winter. The yacht is on brokerage with International Yacht Collection for $49.8 million. Contact: Frank Grzeszczak on Tel: +1 954 769 9222. Email: fg@iyc.com or John F. Dane on Tel: +1 954 522 2323.
